The speed sensor 2 is actually in the combination unit (meter gauge in the dash).

 

You would need to replace that entire gauge cluster. I can try and find you that info when I get home, but you'd probably be better off trying to find a used one. You may want to check the marketplace as well www.bbs.legacycentral.org to see if anyone is parting a 90-91 legacy out
