That my Brat has "H" style rims. It's an '86 and those are from '85, but that's not a big deal to me. Are these unusual? Or are they fairly common place?

Fairly common, possibly the most common of the Soob alloys. The '85 on the wheels page doesn't indicate the only year they were used- it's just the year they were introduced. They were used from 1985-1989, and possibly some 1990 models as well.
