I will be having to move out of my present living situation in a month or 2 so I figured I would start looking. I want to get into a place with 2+ bedrooms and a garage (1 bedroom + garage would be really expensive for 1 person)

not yet, but my roommates are getting really poor, so it sounds as if I can live here longer than I thought
