I went to a Seattle area Subaru dealer (Carter Subaru) to buy replacement coil cover grommets, as they had all split with age. Carter wanted $5 each for these simple rubber grommets. After some searching, Home Depot has 3/8 inch rubber grommets that fit for $0.68 each that are in the specialty fastener secton of hardware.

Assuming that they are the same basic dimensions and shape, and seem to be a similar type of rubber, then go for it. Though, I don't know if they use a compound that can stand up to heat better than your average $.68 rubber grommets, but give it a shot nonetheless.
