Today(well it's daytime in Japan), I was looking at eBaymotors trying to see what I could see, when all of a sudden I came across this auction:

Whoever is building these, he says that they are complete units that come with everything to install and he's also tested them to ensure that they are working. I just figured that everyone would want to know about this.

People have been selling them on ebay for quite some time, over a year if not more. I'd be very skeptical at that price with a 'harness', RS sells a really nice harness/wire setup (a lot more $$), I would guess they may have used cheaper wire on this one, non automotive grade, etc. This also has the GM air and coolant temp sensors, which is interesting... No pics and a lite description make me leary of it, I'd want to find out a lot more than what you see there before thinking about it. Seems like a lot for the money he's asking...

 

Of course a brand new seller may just not be experienced selling them, expect it to be bid up, or just liquidating an extra, who knows.
