Does anyone know if the "official" Subaru tweeter kits for any other year/model fits the 2004 Forester? I've seen a few for earlier Legacy or Impreza being sold very cheaply by some dealerships online, but wasn't sure if the tweeters or the gril cover would fit.

 

What size aftermarket teweter might fit in the same door corner spot as the officail Subaru tweeters? The Subaru speakers seem inferior and way overpriced.

 

I've already checked the Crutchfield catalog -- not much help this time.

 

I have two years left on my lease, and want better sound without making any changes that I may get surcharged for if I retrun the car at the end of the lease.
