July 28, 200520 yr Hi, I am preparing to replace the coil on my 96 Outback, 2.5 engine. Has anyone done this that might have any suggestions before I start? I do not want to get partway through it and discover that I can't finish the installation. Thanks in advance for any advice. Kyle

Yes, that is what I mean. The simplicity of its appearance made me suspicious that something tricky lies waiting. Thanks!
