The steering wheel on my ´91 Legacy is very worn out. I can twist the rubber on the wheel and i´m not comfortable with that, want to have it stiff!;)

 

Do steering wheels on newer gen. of Legacys and even Imprezas fit on my car or are they different? And also, do i need special tools to get the wheel off?
