I just purchased a totaled 91 Legacy AWD with a new engine and 5 speed tranny. I plan on putting the drivetrain from this vehcle into my other 91 Legacy AWD that has a bad auto trans and tired engine. Besides the obvious swap of the clutch and brake pedals, what else do I need to remove from the 5 speed car? Also, can I tow the totaled legacy on a tow dolly if I disconnect the drive shaft from the rear end or does it matter with a stick car?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
