MT they are totally different part numbers in Subaru's system does this mean they are compatible? hmmmmm the different part numbers indicates that SOMETHING changed. no way to confirm what that change was.... based on my experiences? i'd say they are compatible ..... as we know that no MAJOR changes were made AT appears that 98-2001 = all the same transmission so these should very much be compatible hope this helps Jamie Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
