It ran two times since I fixed the timming belts, Now it won't even turn over. when I turn the Ignition on the lights slowly go from out(no dash lights) to full(dash lights on), but there is no cliking or starting. Battery is reading 12.7v, Fuses are all good...fuseable links are good...Wiggled all the wires at the fuse box, timer, ignition and junctions, starter, battery, alternator... Bad ignition?
