on a long uphill, about half a mile from the gas station. Hoofed it the rest of the way, put a couple of gallons back in her, and took a minute or two to get her restarted. She runs ok, not great, until the turbo kicks in, then she starts jolting. What do I need to fix? Need more info, just ask.

Might have sucked nasty dregs from the bottom of the tank. That might have clogged your fuel filter, making it run bad.
