no, the point of a glasspack is to have no muffler.

 

all it is is a straight pipe. no restriction, no legal violation.

 

i agree they look cheap. that's why it's under the car.

that's the reason i went with the muffler i have on my legacy now

yeah. i also did it for clearance' sake. i'm probably going to have to get a stainless something-or-other after winter. i have little faith in the glasspack making it through a rust-belt winter.
