hello everyone, i have a 93 impreza and want to know what bolt on powers i avail out there and who's the best tuner to get it from. i'm not rich so simple diy also helps. i'm mechanically inclined and do from simple oil change to doing engine swaps. but nothing to do with rebuilding.

are there any plug and play mods out there for a 93?

also the chk eng light comes on upon reaching 15 mph and stays on????????? but if i start it and let it stay there it won't come on. brake fluid and pads are good.
