I've seen lots of these lately, and I was wondering, they look to be the same shape as the blanks in the bumper of my '96 L wagon. They don't look like any "gt's" cutouts I've seen.

 

I hear you need a gt bumper to mount them. Anybody know the real deal?

 

Is there no subaru fog that will just bolt into those "L" blanks? Was it ever a us option on an "L" to have fogs?

On our MY95 L Sedan has OEM foglights. They are the rectangular lenses, I belive the round JDM projector type for these years also fit since the seem to have the same bracket.

I have been looking for fogs to my 97 Legacy L Sedan and finally found them on eBay brand new for $54 altogether. They are the projector type. I think the dealership who is selling their leftover stock has a few more. I am gonna attempt to put a picture of it up. If anything a link to the eBay listing.

She (Kim Stone) actually emailed me and asked if I wanted to buy a set after I was pestering her with questions to make sure they would fit when she was selling a set on eBay. dumb question, but...

 

is all the wiring already pre-installed on the L? How about the switch? is it literally a matter of removing the plastic cut-outs & hooking everything together?
