botscooby Posted December 14, 2005 Share Posted December 14, 2005 I found this grounded Impreza wagon, GF4 Engine EJ16 1995 Model imported from Japan. The owner says he has been to many garages to try and fix it in vain. The CEL does not come on so I was unable to read the codes. Some technician opened up the ECU and replaced some parts. The engine does not crank and the car has been grounded for two years now. I suspect that since the ECU was tampred with, it needs to be replaced.
