I dropped in on them one day with my previous '04 3.0 outback and they were very helpful. The service manager called one of the tech's to listen to my problem and he made some suggestions. They turned out to correct the problem. That is the only contact I have had with them but they certainly treated me with concern and helped me with my question. good luck!
