hows it goin,

I recently bought a 93 impreza L 5-speed FWD (bummer) i bought it just because it was a subaru and subarus are supposed to be reliable and great in the snow .....i took out a loan to get it so still working on paying it off..i am the second owner it had 133k when i bought it and supposively well maintained which i do believe....although i dont know much i try to do as much for it as i can...i would love to have a 5-speed awd impreza....i cant seem to find any performance parts for a 93 and i probably wouldnt know how to install them anyways...if anyone knows a way to take convert my FWD into AWD (since this is the L model it was optional to get fwd or awd) let me know..i do have friends that used to always work on their jeeps they know alot,i havent seen them in awhile but could always use there assistants in any projects....

the whole awd thing is golden to me..i suppose theres a way to take parts off a diff impreza from the junkyard and put it on mine so that it'll run with all wheels im just unfamiliar with any of the drivetrain and how much it would costs..it woudl be great to find someone who also has the same prob as me and has fixed it before .or if anyone would like to negotiate a trade with cars and money let me know....I'd hate to put tons of work into this and then be stuck with the FWD, Forever wanting awd...any reply will be appreciated i live in north eastern PA if you ever need any help working on your car i'll be there.
