Birddog Posted January 14, 2006 Share Posted January 14, 2006 Just wanted to let yall know I finally figured out where that awful low sounding cylindrical noise that was coming from the center of my car was coming from.It was the outside wheel bearing on the passenger side.Finally changed that side out last week.The bearing was missing two balls and the metal cover that covers the bearings was sticking out about 1/4 inch.I have been lurking and searching for a long time,trying what others have found theirs to be and had no success.Just thought I would put this on here for someone else to see who may still be searching for their noise and have not tried this.Hope this helps somebody.
