January 30, 200620 yr Hello! I currently have 2 subes. 99 obw limited, and a legacy L sedan. The obw has the factory installed alarm, the sedan only has the keyless entry. From research I think it's the alpine alarum. It looks like I should be able to remove the console around the radio and pull the alarm. I cannot find any install instructions for the 99. I found links on search for 98 and down and 2000 and up. I think the 2000 instructions should work but I wanted confirmation before I started taking things apart. thanks!
January 31, 200620 yr 99 & 98 would probably share more similarities since they are of the same generation. 2000 was the first year of the 3rd gen legacy.
February 13, 200620 yr Author Well I found the instillation instructions that came with the car when I bought it. Too bad that was after I traded it in. They are slightly different from the others. Any one needing it lmk. Anyone wanting to add it to a site lmk. oh well thanks anyway.

February 15, 200620 yr You should be able to attach them to the board. That would provide a long term storage spot.
