Was at my local dealer this morning - wheel bearing - and they had just had an Impreza GT Turbo come in. 100k miles and the conrod bearings had started a death rattle. Apparently the owner used to check the oil level, but at 30k miles it had never used any, so he decided to stop checking it CRIPES! What a horrible way to treat such a nice car!
