I have a 2000 OBW and I get a clicking noise under the dash when I put the HVAC in recirc mode. I read this was a common problem in early 2000 models, but I could not locate a solution. Can anyone offer a suggestion? Thanks!

It is a continuous clicking. It sounds like something is trying to move, like a vent trying to close, but it can't close all the way and keeps snapping back and forth. That's about the best I can describe it. I have let it go for about 2-3 minutes and it seems it will just keep going until I turn it off. Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Is it a continual clicking, or just one click?
