I'm trying to figure out whether I need to replace ebrake cable on my 96 legacy brighton if I take rear hub/brake assemblies from a 95-99 or 90-94 legacy.

Most of the stuff I've read on the issue is for conversion done for Impreza, and there people usually change those cables to legacy or impreza RS ones. Not sure if I have to do that as well.

Any thoughts?
