Cold Air Intake for non-Turbo Forester

I can't locate a cold air intake system for the non-Turbo Forester. Anybody seen one out there?

A short section of flexible aluminum dryer-vent can replace the intake horn above the radiator and draw air in from the hole in the fender well. This way you can keep the torquey, quiet, stock plumbing.

Doesn't the factory intake location above the radiator do a cold enough job?

 

Seems like it would be difficult to improve on that.
