I have a 2001 legacy gt engine that I'm preparing to install in my 93 Impreza. I've noticed a bit of oil in the spark plug tube. I understand that there is a boot that can fall down? Can anyone tell me what this part is called? I'm hoping to order it and replace it before the weekend.

It is a seal that goes on the sparkplug tube ,you should replace all 4 . You should also replace the valve cover gaskets and the grommets under the valve cover bolts , since you have to pull the valve covers to do the job
