all the lights on my brat light up but theres somthing really weird about them, when i turn them on they all come on and are very dim, when the high beams are on the two lights on the passenger side are on and the on full while the lights on the other side are off. the grounds dont look bad and all the lights technically work. whats wrong?

Clean all connections at the lights and most importantly, the grounds. Don't just look, disconnect and clean them well. A high percentage of electrical difficulties on older cars are caused by corrosion and/or loose connections.

 

If that does not fix it, get a diagram and start chasing wires. Some lunkhead could have "improved" the wiring before you got it.
