ok i am looking into doing the outback strut and shock thing to my 99, do i have to do the springs too? or anything else? i wanted to get new parts so this is starting to look expensive

 

i want to know if there are any other ways to raise it, i like the thought of having an air suspension set up, are there aftermarket air setups and has anyone installed one?

 

i am just wanting to look at all the options before i spend my money

Your cheapest route would be to get a set of outback struts & springs from a junkyard. Then get some new KYB struts.

 

You should be able to get the used stuff for $50 a corner...maybe less.

Does your car have 14" wheels? Are you going to 15"?

i did not check, the car is in town and next time i see it i will look,i bet they are 14 becuase they look small, why do you have some to sell?

 

do they just go right on no mods?
