looking for a subie mechanic in or around Philly

I have a problem with a 98 subaru impreza l, it has 166k, a while back I ran into some problems with the engine

That's the link to my original post, anywho I would like to try to get this vehicle back on the road so if your a mechanice in or around Philly or if you know of a good sube mechanic please let me know. Also I was wondering if I where to buy an earlier year ej22 engine, like say a 96 would it be a straight up swap, no having to fiddle with the connections??
