Have you guys ever heard of an exhaust leak coming from the head gasket itself? I have a pesky exhaust leak that is only noticeable on acceleration coming from the underside of the engine. But, it is not coming from the manifold gasket or pipes. It seems to be coming from the head gasket itself. There's also a lot of oily looking residue all along the gasket itself. If someone revs the engine while I am underneath the car, I can feel the leak coming from the head gasket. The car runs great though. Just wondering if you guys have heard of this before.
