The intermitant wiper setting on my 99 Forester is failing. Where is the control unit for the wipers?. Is this easy to replace? Thanks This is on the front wipers.

On the older models, the control is actually in the control stalk.

On all Foresters the delay module IS part of the wiper switch assy. About $75 us from the dealer and 10-15 minutes to replace.
