I have an 05' Lagecy which has a rattle in the dash thats driving me nuts. It only occurs when the dash is hot for the sun or temperature out side. I've been to the dealer 3 times and they, of course can't duplecate it.

My guess is that it is thermal expansion and the plastic is rubbing against other materials, has anyone experenced this AND fixed the problem?

Isn't there a recall out for that? I thought I remembered seeing that somewhere else.

If you look on http://www.nasioc.com they have many threads about fixing the dash rattle in the 02+ WRX's. I don't if this is similar or not, you just might find a thread about your chassis also.
