billyfrank Posted February 5, 2007 Share Posted February 5, 2007 My 99 OBW makes a bit of noise. It sounds more like valves than the infamous piston slap. I have gotten different stories as to which years need the valves adjusted. If my 99 needs them adjusted is this a home mechanic job or should it just go to a shop? Cost?
