In an effort to avoid cutting on my brat too much I have a question.

 

Does anybody know how these transmissions compare in size?

 

Phizinza has ea82 mounts bolted to an ej22 trans case, would this in theory allow me to use an adaptor made to put the ea82 5sp into the ea81 body without rubbing?

 

If it does i could justify spending the extra cash to save bashing and cutting and all that extra work at this stage in the project.
