I recently completed a Japanese Engine swap on my 95 legacy GT and the dash and parking lights will not stop flashing even with the key out. Any ideas?..and yes I checked the parking light switch on the sterring column

Security/keyless entry system is reset. You need to follow the instructions on the bright yellow sticker by your battery.

 

Roll down your drivers side window and then try pressing the buttons on your keyless entry remote. Usually this will stop the lights.

Nevermind, I unplugged the battery with key "on" as suggested elsewhere and it all cleared up

also, if you crawl under the dash under the steering wheel and look up at the wiring with a flashlight near the outer wall, there's a little black button that, if you hold it in, will lock and unlock the door automatically a few times and then stop. your lights will stop flashing as well.
