ok so yesterday diablo stalion was puting his new D/R in his dl and he gave me his old single range. well i got to looking at it and noticed with a little bit of work i could put a shift lever on the 4x4 ram or rod W/E its called and make it from the problem riddled push button 4x4 to manuel awd,4x4 single range. Im still playing with the idea but the thought of swaping a 5speed manuel single range into my auto coup gets me exited.

it has been done before, i'm 90% positive.. so searching might help. no idea who, where, or when though... but it isn't a new idea, so you may be able to find some tips in the archives or the USRM. Good luck; I cant see myself ever bothering doing something like this, but I can understand why you might want to.
