Can you fit a pair of Hella 500FF driving lights to a 99 Legacy and by-pass their connection to headlights, and can you use them on-road in NY state please? 2. Same question for a pair of KC 100 watt Hilites (I saw in Autozone) please? The KCs don't have a relay - yesterday I found the circuit on the back of the box in Autozone! 3. Would the 'plate' just in front of the Legacy grill be strong enough to mount them? Gil ( 2 Legacies 96 and 99, and 97 Impreza for daughter).
