It'll turn smoothly for about 1/2 turn then it hits a stiff spot...if I keep turning the wheel in the same direction it'll hit another stiff spot. It does it in both directions. meep Posted January 16, 2004 Share Posted January 16, 2004 Don't think I'd worry, especially at those temps: metal shrinks, things are tight and the oil is thick. You might consider draining fluid and replacing with full synthetic dexron III ATF. Less stiction with this fluid may be a great benefit at these low temps.
