First I know almost NOTHING about rallying.

 

But I'm friends with the guy who runs Offroadpromotor http://www.offroadpromotor.com/

and they just held the Southeast tough truck challenge http://www.settc.net/

 

Their are alot of 4wheeler tracks at Hardrock off-road park http://www.hardrockmx.com/ and would be good place to hold off-road rally.

(it's in Ocala FL)
