May 15, 200916 yr I just sold my VW and picked up this gem yesterday... I know nothing about Subaru's, but i wanted something new and i'm looking forward to learning..and i fell in love with this '82 just during the 12 mile drive home.. The guy I got it from only had it 3 weeks and knew nothing about it, so in turn i know nothing about it either except that its an '82 GLF Coupe. How much trouble am i about to have trying to find a fender for it? the pass. side one is dented beyond repair..
May 15, 200916 yr Welcome, and nice car. I dont know how rare the EA81 cars are around there. But here they are pretty rare. Ide hold out for a J-Yard fender, but sometimes that can be a long wait. Check this one out. May 15, 200916 yr Author Hey thanks for the link, but yeah 80 bucks is pretty steep... i'm just gunna hit up all the junkyards i guess, i'm in no hurry. i've a little bit of exhaust work to do..but yeah i love it. cant beat it for 400 bucks and 146k miles
May 15, 200916 yr Man I love EA81 coupes, my grandpa used to have a GLF back in the day. More pics! J-yard would probably be the best place for a fender. They're more common in some places than others, for instance it's not TOO had to find one out in my neck of the woods. Places where cars rust out faster it will be harder to find.

May 15, 200916 yr Author haha i'll post more pics as soon as i can find the usb cord for my camera. the interior is actually extremely clean. i was surprised. i think i need a fuel pump though, its giving me some problems with wanting to start right now..
