OK, finally getting the PS rack installed that Junkie and NVZeno helped me get...a long time ago. My wagon is the model year '84, which is what the PnP rack was supposed to be from, but the hydraulic lines are different. The one from PnP has all four lines on the top, and the one in my car has the in and out from the pump on top, and the ones to the rack on the bottom. My question is can I just swap the rack case? It pulled off the replacement easily, I will need a new gasket and seal. Photos are possible, I guess. My '82 FSM shows the one I have, and the Haynes 80-89 manual shows the replacement. Go figure.

Also, while I have this one out it seems prudent to have it rebuilt, all the shops around here just roll their eyes and say we don't do that. Someone else on the board said the parts for his Loyale PS rack rebuild were $50 or so, would that be from SOA or ?

Thanks!
