removing cat

Dose anyone have any sujestions on how to remove the cat off my 89 gl spfi

which one.. upper or lower? lower.. use a hacksaw, and pay the fine for tampering with the cats:rolleyes:

Lower I think? It is the cat that acts as the collector for both heads. In canada we do not have laws for screwing with our cats.
