Aquired this and plan to get back to original, might motor covert it later down the track....definatly want to track down a twin headlight front rather than the quad... but we will see what happens, have found a 2nd one, unsure if its for sale, need to do some digging on that still. Needs a fair bit of rust done, have started stripping it, currently have gutted the interior, and full loom etc, only have motor and glass to remove
  3. I don't use specially formulated "break-in" oils. Just the conventional version of what I'll run normally after break-in. 500-1000 miles before changing to anything synthetic should be sufficient. Sometimes I drain the oil at 250 miles or so just to have a look at it and if nothing scary is seen, I'll pour it back in the engine (filtering through a very fine mesh screen) and run another 500 miles on it before the first drain and refill with the oil I plan to use long-term.
  4. I've seen those connectors on my old pickups. I despise'em, and cut'em off as I find'em.
