    I had the same thing happen to me. I was using a short pry bar about 3' dang thing would not move. Went and got my digging iron about 5' BANG one shot came right off the knucle. good luck.

    Hi everyone, this is my first post. About a month ago I Bought an OBS. It’s a 97 118,000 miles EJ22, with a 4speed automatic transmission. When I first got it I was getting about 25 mpg. Since I’ve had it I installed a front half shaft, timing belt, steering boot, platinum plugs and transmission filter. The last mileages check I was getting 27mpg. This is a mix of highway and back roads. Average speed on highway 65 back roads 45. This is a fun car to drive. Can’t comment on reliability. I’m hoping someone else will.Hope this help Gearhead.
