i bought a set of 505 wheel about 6 years ago on here for my old 1983 gl i am lifting my new car need 14 or 15 will even buy drilled chevy or toyota wheels

i cant wait it wheels good now with the 27 mt but i want more lol why did you do the 6 lug swap cant you drill out the 6 lug wheels to fit the big 4 lug i am in need of 15 so i can run 30s i got 14 in steel 4 lugs now with my 27 i may be selling them when i get a liftGood luck on getting a hold of him. But don't worry it's totaly worth it to have that lifted wagon. I love my wagon. I got the 3/3 lift kit. -
i tryed for like 3 weeks to get a hold of the davis guy that sell the lift kits here in the us but i cant if anybody could help it would be cool i am looking for a total price ship on the 3/3 inch lift for my 1983 gl 4x4 i cut my body out now and have room for like 28 noprob i got 27 kumho on it now i want 30 atlest with 3 inch they fit like my 27 due thanks o yea i got a full snorkle i had water over the hood no weting out eather

yes i had to add nuts on the cable to get it to work and its a brand new cable it had the nuts on it when i bought the car i thought when i got a new cable it would not need them but i still didIt's possible that the sloppy shifter is just the bushings in the lever, not internal to the tranny. I had an '84 that the shifter felt like it was in nuetral in every gear. Tranny still worked fine with no grinding or binding or anything though.Have you tried adjusting the clutch cable? If you tighten the nut down a little, it might help -- this is a common problem on these cars. My '82 had to be readjusted every month, but that was also with an old stretchy clutch cable.

What kind of help do you need?
the VIN indicates the car year (83) and type (GL Wagon 4WD 4MT D/R), and gives its serial number (36494)...
i need help finding a 4 or 5 speed dual range tranny mine still shifts but is sloppy and i think the fork were the clutch cable goes is bent i got a new cable put it on and still does not let go all the way the clutch is still ingage
so i think its the tranny i love my car i got full snorkle and 27 kuhmo mt i am going biger if i can ever get a hold of the guy that sells the lift kits

i have a 1983 gl wagon with 27 14 wheels i bought from mcbrat i need a 4 or 5 speed tranny my tranny is sloppy and hard to shift i change the clutch cable and i think the fork is bent were the cluth cable goes on and all the shift bushing are shut need help thank
