Hello to all. I have a very elementary question... but one that has me stumped. Vehicle is a 1990 Legacy AWD wagon. I cannot get to the cigarette lighter to remove/test it. It is located just to the left of the radio/cassette deck in center of dash. Circuit tester shows no juice & I can't get to the back of the dash to see if the if the lighter is getting any power. Do I need to remove the radio to get at it? I know this sounds so easy... but I've tried several times & don't want to remove a lot of unnecesary items to get to it. Thanks in advance. Don't smoke... but sure could use the lighter to power my cell phone & other devices. Going through a lot of batteries.
