I'm new to this - I sure do love my new Subaru - never thought I would like a vehicle so much. I bought the car a few hundred miles away and haven't lined up a service center, until today (a few hundred miles over the check-up point). My "check engine" light came on (not blinking) - so I made the appointment for this Tuesday, they said it wasn't a big deal because the light is not blinking. However, tonight my "cruise" light (which cruise control is not on) came on and is blinking. I've looked through the manual and don't see this mentioned anywhere. Does anyone have any experience with this?
