I'm back on line and my phone came back today! I found the title (and my mothers death cert. and my sons grade school report card from 1990!!) last week adn DMV tried to charge me almost $400 in tax. I go to see the valuation people tomorrow and I should have the new NY title by the middle of next week in teh mail. They don't give it to you at the office. Hope all is well.
