  1. Ok I checked TSP idle switch cold with throttle closed and had continuity, then I read in Haynes that this should be checked at normal operating temp. Checked again warm and no continuity between A and B pins. Now if I can only figure out how to get to the bottom adjustment screw, the AC compressor is right in the way.
  2. Somewhat fustrated newbe here, can't seem to fix low idle problem at cold start up. Idle speed around 200 - non existant until egine warms up. AC compressor will not kick on until idle speed comes up. Background ; 93 Loyale EA82 SPFI D-check code 24- Idle Air Control , check engine light goes out on next startup after egine warmed up. I visually checked vacuum hoses for loose or leaking. Removed and cleaned AIC, tested solinoid function. Checked egine grounding. cleaned MAF sensor. What else should I be looking for? Any help would be appreciated.
  3. I am in need for an oil dip stick for a 1993 Loyale EA82, can't find one EA82 in any wrecking yard in Las Vegas, whats up with that. If anyone can help me out, let me know.
  4. Hi all, I'm new to this forum and just bought my first Subaru, a 2WD 1993 Loyal, needs new CV axels. I'm not up to doing the job myself, just would like some advice on a fair price that an indi shop should be charging to do the job.
