I have a 1998 Outback and it keeps disabling my ability to start it at the worst possible times. It appears there used to be an override button or switch so the dealer told be when I was standed to expose the two wires and touch them to do the override. That does work, but is a pain. My wife had to do it once and that is why I'm trying to figure out how to disable it permanently! Any help would be appreciated. Jay in Oregon
