  1. It could be the duty solenoid but most likely its the clutch pack. The viscous material wears out and causes binding. Make sure they measure for correct tolerance in the clutch pack.
  2. Use A 2ft. breaker bar with 24mm socket. there is enough room to rest the breaker bar on the fender well right next to the battery. Unplug the coil and "hit" the key a few times to break the crank pulley bolt free. It has to bee a 2ft bar and nothing else.
